Light Fossils: Niagara Falls - Part 5 of 5 Odds n Sods
This is the last of a five-part series. If viewed in order, it should give you a sense of a walkabout at Niagara Falls. Part 1 is your arrival and (excited) walk to the rim of the falls. (Remember, the roar of the water is ever-present) You can feel vibration in your feet as you get closer to the precipice. Part 2 is a walk in the cave system behind the falls. Here you get to see and hear the power of the falls in spades. Parts 3 and 4 give you a dry view of the very wet "Hornblower" and "Maid of the Mist" boat excursions. Finally Part 5 provides a sense of the general area - the American and Canadian Falls and the sides of the canyon. For pictures of Niagara Falls from the boat and on the opposite side, I recommend you check out the shots from Carl Nielsen, here on Behance.
