Kit Austin just passed away at 93. She drew these while she was in her 90s. These are but a few of Kit Austin's pastels. These pictures don't do her work justice. They are of framed, glass-covered works. Many I had to crop severely to get the glare out of the shot. When you see Kit's stuff in person it is jaw dropping. She is gone but her untapped, undiscovered genius remains.
